1. Controller

The controller for data processing on this website is SWKM GmbH, Kathi-Kobusstraße 21, 80797 Munich, Germany. Phone +49 89 38476507, email hello@lugwork.com.

2. Overview

This website is an editorial information service without user accounts and without advertising or tracking cookies. We process personal data in two cases only: technically necessary server logs by the hosting provider and, where offered, the email address you voluntarily provide via a newsletter form.

3. Server log files

When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically collects and stores standard access data in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, requested page, referrer URL, browser and operating system. This processing is based on Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, stable and functional operation of the website. Hosting is provided by ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, as a processor on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. Log data is deleted or anonymised as soon as it is no longer required for security analysis.

4. Newsletter

Where a newsletter is offered, we process the email address you provide solely to send the newsletter. Sign-up uses the double opt-in procedure. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter email. Delivery is handled by UAB MailerLite as a processor on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.

5. Rights of the data subject

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and withdrawal of consent given. To exercise these rights, contact hello@lugwork.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

6. Right to object

Where we process personal data on the basis of legitimate interests under Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to such processing.
